At Fluxt, we believe that the first touchpoint we should go for should be the ideation phase. Following the next are the awareness, engagements, and deliveries phase.

Ideation Phase

The first phase for us should be ideation. We know that Social Media allows us to create content. But, how do we know what kind of content we would like to create? Moreover, how do we define how should the content be looked like? What should the design look like? What kind of content there should be published real soon?

Talking about the ideation phase, it's like creating a roadmap for a product. We know that we want to have a certain kind of topic being brought up in the future or even in the next 5 years. The problem is, we need to work for the closest time since we are being constrained by time. The ideation phase goal is to define basic outlines for a certain period of time (like in a roadmap) answering some basic questions such as “What kind of content do we want to produce within a period of time?”.

Awareness Phase

The second phase would be awareness. We already have that idea in our backlog about the content. For a fresh social media account, it is crucial to define how we shape our followers or audience awareness first of all based on the idea we have formulated prior to this. For example, we might want to create content that opens up opportunities for new audiences or new visitors to our account to understand our values or stories. Its likely depends on what kind of business the account is.

Once this step is passed, we believe that even though new visitors came to our profile or start following our account later in our late-late journey, they would still feel the awareness of the related brand or account. One of you might have just started following an account, never scroll to the old posts, but could still enjoy the newest content and already have you understood the brand identity of the account.

Deliveries Phase

Once people have given their recognition and acknowledged your account, all your followers would think about is “What would be the next post?”, “When will the next post be uploaded?”, “I am in my free time, and am about to open my Instagram, would I see their post around?”.

No, you don’t have to. You may invite us to your existing social media management. We will ensure you have passed the phases we described on this page. This is to make sure that we (including you) do not miss a single important milestone of your journey. However, it would be beneficial if you take the whole of our social media service from start to end instead.

How to start a social media project with you?

To start a social media project with us, please reach us through our email first. Then, we will discuss the duration of the service. To give you a brief, we have a minimum of a 6-months contract that can be extended anytime, or you can start off with a full-year contract. However, you may choose to not take the full-service social media service as answered in the previous question for a shorter period of contract. We are flexible in contract duration.

Yes, we do offer a one-month free social media service. As long as we do not implicitly in charge of managing your social media account. During this period, we could give you some valuable insights and intensive feedback for free. After a month is passed, we have no responsibility of inspecting your social media anymore.
