Ideation Phase
The first phase for us should be ideation. We know that Social Media allows us to create content. But, how do we know what kind of content we would like to create? For a fresh social media account, it is crucial to define how we shape our followers or audience awareness first of all based on the idea we have formulated prior to this. For example, we might want to create content that opens up opportunities for new audiences or new visitors to our account to understand our values or stories. Its likely depends on what kind of business the account is.
Once this step is passed, we believe that even though new visitors came to our profile or start following our account later in our late-late journey, they would still feel the awareness of the related brand or account. One of you might have just started following an account, never scroll to the old posts, but could still enjoy the newest content and already have you understood the brand identity of the account.
Deliveries Phase
Once people have given their recognition and acknowledged your account, all your followers would think about is “What would be the next post?”, “When will the next post be uploaded?”, “I am in my free time, and am about to open my Instagram, would I see their post around?”.
